In welding we are using modern welding practices and state of the art Fronius welders. By using custom engineered fixtures, we can achieve great efficiency while maintaining good quality.
Milling
Using milling machine, we are machining surfaces that require special precision. This is done so we can ensure that all parts assemble precisely.
Turning
Kasutame treikeskust Okuma. CNC treipingiga on võimalik toota efektiivselt detaile suurtes kogustes ja samal ajal hoides täpset mõõtu sajandiku piires.
Drilling
With radial arm drill we can drill up to 30mm diameter holes, tapping up to M16.
Computer aided manufacturing
With the help of modern CAD system, we can accurately design, plan and analyse the product. The computer sends programs straight to the CNC machine, which cuts out the required parts.
