Production
welding
In welding we are using modern welding practices and state of the art Fronius welders. By using clever fixtures, we can achieve great efficiency while maintaining good quality.
Milling
With milling we are machining surfaces that require special precision. By milling we can guarantee, that the product is in dimension and assembles smoothly.
Turning
We are using Okuma turning center. With CNC lathe we can produce parts in large quantity while maintaining precision within 0,01 millimetre.
Drilling
With radial arm drill we can drill up to 30mm diameter holes, tapping up to M16.
Computer aided manufacturing
With the help of modern CAD system, we can accurately design, plan and analyse the product. The computer sends programs straight to the CNC machine, which cuts out the required parts.
